• 1 Packet of Millet Pancake Mix(150g) add 1/2 cup milk(120ml) and 3 tbsp.Melted butter or ghee(replace with 1 egg).Stir well into a smooth batter and make sure the batter stands for five minutes before cooking
• Warm a flat non-stick pan to medium heat.Add butter to the pan.Pour the batter onto the heated pan and cook well on both side
• Serve the pancake with butter and honey,fresh fruits,a few nuts or peanut butter.
