Estimated delivery time
Shipment of the products/ items is done within the time specified on the product package; (according to business days exclude public holidays and Sundays) taking into account product’s availability and the destination of delivery
Variation in date of delivery
Variation in the actual date of delivery might happen due to factors beyond the control of Sehatokart, also Sundays, Holidays and acts of god shall be considered as standard factors effecting the date of delivery.
Sehatokart doesn’t deliver products/items internationally, though you can order from anywhere in the world the delivery address should be of India only.
There are no hidden costs. The final price is displayed on the checkout page and the invoice. The final price is inclusive of GST and Shipping charges. The shipping charges may vary depending on the offers and order values.
Upon delivery, all packages should be inspected for visual signs of damage. If damage is found / noted, the customer can return the shipment. Sehatokart shall access the damage and in case the same is confirmed, a replacement of the same shall be shipped to the customer. In case of frivolous returns, the customer shall be held liable for all shipping and/or restocking charges.
All documented damages must be immediately reported to the shipping/ Freight Company and to Sehatokart.
Products/items once accepted shall not be taken back/returned/replaced.
Products purchased from Sehatokart may be returned within a period of 15 days from the date of delivery.
Return of merchandise for credit or replacement, shall be processed online via Return Authorization Number (RAN) Form. Sehatokart shall contact you on your submission of the form only. All returned products must be in their original packaging and require the RAN to be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Packages without a RAN will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Returns that have suffered physical damage due to use by the customer or during transit back to Sehatokart will not be accepted for any reason. All returns are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee will not apply to orders incorrectly fulfilled by MSEC.
Credit for returned items will only be issued once the return has been received, inspected, and processed by the shipping/receiving department/Sehatokart, approximately 15 days from the date of receipt. Refunds shall be processed to the purchasing credit/debit card or with a company check unless otherwise instructed by the customer.
Order Cancellation Fee
Order cancellation fee @10% will apply for cancellation of an order if order is cancelled by the after the order has been processed. Orders are processed on the day of order placement. A full refund will be given if the order has not yet been processed at the time of the cancellation.
During Covid-19 restrictions, Shipments will be not eligible for return in order to curtail the spread of disease
Broken and Damaged and expired products/items
Broken or partial cases cannot be returned, However expired products received will be exchanged with the same type of products ordered.
Sehatokart will not liable for shipments made by you. We recommend that our customers use reputable shipping companies such as; VRL, Trackon, DTDC, FedEx, DHL with good packaging (original packing preferred). Some of the products will be returned directly to the manufacturer. Please contact us for proper shipping instructions.
Shipment charges are strictly non-refundable.
