Amalaki Rasayan is a single herbal capsule preparation made using standardised extract of Amla (Emblica officinalis). Amla is also known as Indian gooseberry, and has all the five tastes except Lavan Ras. Amla pacifies all the three doshas but predominantly works on pitta dosha. As per traditional medicine science, it is tremendously used in sustaining healthy living. Amla is vrushya, sarvadoshaghna, kanthya, hrudya, rasayan and vyavasthapak.
